Insurance & Payment

ZN Dermatology operates primarily on a self-pay / direct-pay model, with separate considerations for Medicare patients. This approach prioritizes personalized care, transparency, and quality over volume.

Cosmetic services and non-covered services are self-pay. Medical dermatology, surgical dermatology and Mohs surgery are also generally handled on a self-pay basis unless Medicare coverage applies. Medicare patients should contact the clinic before scheduling so coverage information and next steps can be reviewed.
