Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your use of znderm.com (the "Website"), operated by ZN Dermatology, PLLC ("ZN Dermatology", "we" or "us"). By using the Website you accept these terms and our Website Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
The Website is not medical advice
The information on the Website, including descriptions of procedures, expected results, downtime and pricing, is general education. It is not medical advice, it does not create a physician-patient relationship, and it is not a substitute for a consultation and examination with a physician. Whether a treatment is appropriate for you can only be decided at a visit. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
Appointments, the patient portal and payment services
Online scheduling, the patient portal, financing and prescription coupons are provided by third parties (Edvak, Cherry and GoodRx among them) under their own terms, which apply when you use them. Booking online does not by itself confirm an appointment until we confirm it. Our Financial and Appointment Policy applies to all visits.
Accuracy and changes
We work to keep the Website accurate and current, but details such as prices, products, devices and availability change. Published prices are estimates for planning; the price of your care is confirmed at your consultation. We may change any part of the Website or these terms at any time, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
Results and photographs
Every before-and-after photograph on the Website is of a real patient of ZN Dermatology, published with written consent, and has not been retouched. Results vary from person to person, and no outcome is guaranteed.
Patient reviews
Reviews shown on the Website were selected by ZN Dermatology from public Google reviews, with names shortened for privacy and minor spelling corrected. Each reflects one person's own experience and opinion. Reviewers are not presented as medical professionals, and a review is not medical advice or a promise of any result.
Intellectual property
The Website and its content, including text, photographs, video, illustrations, the ZN Dermatology name and logo, are owned by or licensed to ZN Dermatology and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution or use, including scraping or use to train automated systems, requires our written permission. Product names such as Botox, Juvederm, Restylane, Sculptra, Kybella, Fraxel, Vbeam and GentleMax are trademarks of their respective owners.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Website in any way that is unlawful, that interferes with its operation or security, that attempts to access non-public areas or other users' information, or that misrepresents your identity or affiliation.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZN Dermatology and its physician, staff and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website or any linked service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing in them affects the standard of care owed to you as a patient.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from the Website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
