Text Messaging Terms
What to expect when you agree to receive text messages from ZN Dermatology. Effective October 6, 2026.
Program description
When you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, ZN Dermatology, PLLC may send you messages from Dr. Zeena Nawas and the clinic about your care: appointment confirmations and reminders, check-ins after a procedure, requests to share your experience, replies to questions you send us, and occasional practice updates. Messages are sent from our clinic number, (346) 696-3376.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your care and is typically one to four messages around each visit. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or tell us at the clinic. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (346) 696-3376. Opting out of text messages does not affect your care or your ability to book appointments.
Your privacy
Your mobile number and your consent to receive texts are used only for the messages described here. They are never sold, and they are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Messages may contain information about your care, so please keep your phone secure, and never text us photographs of your skin; upload them through the patient portal instead. Consent
Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving care or purchasing any service. Texts are not monitored around the clock; for anything urgent, call the clinic, and in an emergency call 911.
